Description: The Crisis Management Exercise in 2015 (CMX-15) is planned to incorporate a baseline of IM tools necessary for conducting the processes within the NCMP. This experiment will incorporate the results of a study to help broaden the assessment of the business model measured against previous improvement recommendations to generate a more robust baseline, which will be used to assess their applicability and viability for use within the NCMP.
