Desсription: Conduct research and analysis and develop a Food-For-Thought Paper discussing the discussing the military implications of the role of unmanned systems ability to improve resilience in the period of 2040 and beyond in order to inform the development of the SFA and the FFAO (not to exceed 10 pages).
