Quality Assurance Policy
QA aims at preventing deficiencies with a focus on the process when developing a product or service. It is a proactive process.
The goal of QA is to improve development and test procedures so that the product or service is suitable for an intended purpose and deficiencies are avoided or at least - minimized.
The principles of Quality Management are integrated into the CMDR COE processes, staffing and resource allocation. The capstone processes have been addressed in a document and detailed in relevant Standard Operational Procedures.
