Desсription: The aim of Business Continuity Management (BCM) in NATO is to ensure the continuity of essential operations, functions, and services within the Alliance during and after a disruptive event. BCM courses will be focused on identifying potential risks, vulnerabilities, and threats that could impact NATO's ability to carry out its missions effectively.
